Marching Band 2018 Pre-Band Camp Updates!

A couple of updates from our Booster Meeting last week!

1. We will again be hosting a March-A-Thon!  All proceeds your child raises goes into their band accounts, which can be used to pay anything payable to the boosters!  You can start advertising now.  Each band & guard member should have their own pages! If you don't see your child's page, please let me know!  Send a personal message to friends and family asking for a donation.  Post your page to Facebook or other social media a couple times through the campaign.


Your child's name should be at the bottom, their personal link will have their first name - last name, such as: https://99pledges.com/fund/2018MTP/jonas-rigney for Jonas.

2. During band camp, the boosters provide dinner for the 6 instructors.  We are asking, if you could please bring dinner at 5:15 to the HS Band Room, use the sign-up link below.  Things brought in the past include pizza, beef sandwiches, pasta salad, chicken tacos... Any help is greatly appreciated.  No beverages are necessary... and dessert is optional!


3. Sign-up for the booster remind texts if you've not already!  It's a quick easy way for us to communicate with you!

4. If you have a pop-up tent the band could use for band camp, please let us know.  The school will be closed for part of the day so we will need to be outside.  We want to provide enough shade to the kids!
