Student Account Balances

Student's accounts were updated for the April booster meeting, including outstanding balances from ISSMA and Marching band.  Please try and make payments by May 1st to Highland Band Boosters.  If you have questions or need to make arrangements, please reach out!

Century Resources

Order forms went home with kids last week.  Don't forget you can order online as well!  New this year, you can just make a donation to your student online!  Order forms are due to Mr. Blocker by April 22.

Band Banquet

Invitations will be given out at the concert on April 17th.  Please stop by the booster table to grab your invitation.  You can RSVP online, at the table or by sending in the envelope with your payment to Mr. Blocker by May 3rd.  We are asking a few parents to donate dessert or drinks.  Please email us if you are able to donate an item!

May Booster Meeting

Due to timing on picking up of Century Resources, we decided to start the May meeting early.  The may Booster meeting will start at 6pm.  We will kick off the meeting with board voting and cover the quick meeting updates before moving into the mandatory Disney paperwork meeting.  If you have a student who has not been measured for 2019 Marching yet, they can be measured anytime after 5pm.

Disney Meeting - This will start by 6:30.  We will be handing out all paperwork, medical forms, permission slips, etc.  Please bring your medical insurance card for copying.  We will have our notaries there to notarize forms.  If you are going to Disney, or your child is, please be present to get the paperwork and updates. It is mandatory that you attend this meeting or make arrangements to get the paperwork.

Booster Board

May is the time where we vote for our new board.  If you are interested in serving on the board, we are looking to fill all positions, except Treasurer.  Please read through the officer descriptions and let us know if you are interested in serving this year and we will make sure to get your name on the ballot.

Spring Raffle

We will be sending home 10 tickets per family on May 6th.  ALL proceeds from the raffle will go into your student accounts.  The Raffle winners will be pulled at our banquet on May 20th!  You can get more raffle tickets if you need them, just let Mr. Blocker know!  Once you turn in $ you can pick up more!
